What information CityPaintPros collects, how it's used, and your choices.

This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Design Firm ("we," "us"), which operates CityPaintPros (citypaintpros.com), handles information when you use the site.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request an estimate or book an appointment, you enter details such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and a description of your project. These forms are provided by our customer-management platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) and are submitted directly to it.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, the page that referred you, and campaign details in links (for example, UTM tags). We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.
How we use information
- To pass your estimate request or appointment to the painting company you're requesting an estimate from, so they can contact you
- To send you messages you've agreed to receive (see "Text messages" below)
- To operate, secure, and improve the site and understand which pages are helpful
- To comply with the law and protect our rights
Who we share information with
- The painting company handling your request. When you submit an estimate request or book an appointment, your details go to the painting company named on the form, which contacts you directly. That company handles your information under its own policies.
- Service providers that help us run the site, such as our hosting, database, forms and customer-management, and analytics providers. They may use information only to provide their services to us.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the site.
- Business transfers, if the site is sold or reorganized.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the consent box on a form, you agree to receive text messages about your request from the business named in that consent. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf or on behalf of the business you contacted.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, to measure site traffic and which pages and buttons are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics. Our site doesn't currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
Data retention and security
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP and unsubscribe from emails using the link in the email. To ask about, correct, or delete information we hold, email hello@citypaintpros.com. We'll respond as required by applicable law.
Children
CityPaintPros is intended for adults and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites, including painting companies' sites and online stores. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
