What CityPaintPros is

CityPaintPros is an independent online directory and information resource about painting and home improvement. We list local painting companies and publish guides to help homeowners choose a painter.

We are not a painting contractor. We don't perform painting or home-improvement work, and we don't employ, supervise, or act as an agent for the painters listed on the site.

No endorsement or guarantee

Painters listed on CityPaintPros are independent businesses. We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any painter, and we make no promises about any painter's work, pricing, licensing, registration, insurance, qualifications, or reviews. Any description of a painter, including words like "friendly" or "professional," reflects how the business presents itself and is not a warranty by us.

You are responsible for choosing a painter. Before you hire anyone, confirm their licensing or registration where required, insurance, references, and the terms of your agreement. Our hiring tips explain how.

Any agreement you make with a painter is solely between you and that painter. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the painter's work, conduct, or charges.

Estimate requests and bookings

When you submit an estimate request or book an appointment, your information is sent to the painting company named on the form so it can contact you. Estimates are provided by that company, not by us, and there's no obligation to hire anyone.

Information is for general guidance only

Our articles, cost information, calculators, and other content are for general information only. They are not professional, legal, financial, or safety advice, and they may not fit your home, your location, or current local rules. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
